1. General Shipping Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 8 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Drop shipping Note: Since we utilize multiple global suppliers for some of our products, processing times may occasionally vary, particularly during peak seasons or for international fulfillment.

4. Drop shipping Specific Information (Multiple Shipments)

Because we work with various suppliers, your order may arrive in multiple packages and on different days even if you ordered them at the same time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number for each package sent.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) after your order has been processed.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

Once Torn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us with a photo of the damaged product or a video where applicable.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

8. P.O. Boxes

 We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
