Unicorns are very difficult to find. Male unicorns even more so, as they service many female unicorns as part of their harem. But the rarest of them all, are the Eunuchorns. These are the male unicorns delegated to managing harems as they have been castrated. There is a cast system among the Eunuchorns as there are different reasons they underwent castration and they have various skill and experience levels. The reasons for castration vary from medical issues to extreme dedication, but no matter the reason, Eunuchorns are the most revered of the unicorns. This is temporary however, as unicorns are regenerative and although testicles are an extremely intricate part of their bodies, they do fully regrow in approximately one hundred and twenty seven years. But during this time, they serve the blessing (herd).

It is seen as a great honor as managing the harems includes protecting them and ensuring healthy pregnancies among other duties. Essentially, Eunuchorns ensure the survival of the species. As there aren't as many Eunuchorns as there are intact male unicorns, a single Eunuchorn is tasked with managing several harems. As Eunuchorns are temperarilly unburdened from female temptation, their innate powers are significantly enhanced. They are stronger, faster, and with extreme clarity of thought boosted by all of their senses being elevated. Not only can they make excellent split second decisions, but all of their psychic abilities are several times greater than the most powerful intact male. So powerful in fact, that they can manifest physical and mental desire for a female unicorn at will. However, this is a closely guarded secret amongst the current and previous Eunuchorns, as this information can erode the trust granted to them through eons of dedicated service. It doesn't pose much of an issue as a Eunuchorn does not spontaneously manifest desire for female unicorns. It only occurs as a result of incessant persuasion by a female unicorn.

This persuasion does not appeal to the Eunuchorn's sexual desire, as there is none, but rather his sense of duty, sympathy, and unease with the sorrow of his charges. If and when this happens, it is because the female unicorn is in need of intimate attention beyond a deep conversation and her mate will not be available in time. In such rare circumstances, a Eunuchorn might be convinced to manifest desire for the female unicorn to satisfy the need and avoid any stress induced medical issues with the female unicorn or the unborn baby if she is pregnant. Since the Eunuchorn is currently not in possession of his testicles, there is no risk of him impregnating her. However, if the encounter is exposed, it is unlikely the male unicorn will be accepting and a grudge might be held until the Eunuchorn has regenerated and lost the increase in power, making him a target for revenge. So far, this has not occurred.
